Background and announcement of establishment

Request for support for generators, fire trucks, and ambulances.

Since September 2022, attacks against infrastructure facilities by the Russian military, including onto Kharkov power plant, have intensified, and as reported, enormous damage has been inflicted on human lives.

We are currently developing a government-led project to collect used generators ambulance, fire trucks, and etc. in Japan and send them to Ukraine. If there are any local governments, organizations, companies, and/or individuals who would like to support this project, we would very much appreciate it.

■ The requirement for generators:

・ Being manufactured within 10 years and clear charactors on the main unit.

・Any amount of power generated and the types of oil are welcome. For 100V small generators, we would use transformers and/or etc. to handle them in Ukraine. (220v50Hz)

■ The requirements for an emergency vehicle:

Fire trucks with a water storage capacity more than 1.5 tons, scientific fire trucks, rescue vehicles, ladder trucks, pump trucks, water storage vehicles, high mobility vehicles, power generation vehicles, ambulances, command vehicles, ADEs, and etc. With it, as much equipment as possible, is appreciated.
If a contribution is quite big/heavy and difficult to send other than a small generator, we would come to pick it up.

a generator and/or emergency vehicle may be in the state before maintenance. Japan Fire Association or our organization would be maintained.

※ For transparency, we would send all relief supplies directly to various areas of Ukraine. We would send you a report on how and where your donated items are being used, also a letter of appreciation and photos of the items from the local recipients.
